As our products are all e-resources, there is no exchange or refund once the purchased resource has been dispatched by our team.

All our products are protected by international copyrights. The contents are the intellectual property rights of the publisher and respective author. Sharing and redistributing beyond the purchasing institution are strictly prohibited, whether this is for financial gain or otherwise.

 

For school purchases, please note the license for the resource will be under the official name of the purchasing institution.

For private clients, please note the license for the purchased resource will be under your name along with your registered email address. However, we will still need to have the name of the school for our records and licensing purposes.

 

The license for the purchased resource covers private (personal) use only. In the event of copyright infringement, we will notify the school and relevant authorities as appropriate.

 

For distributors: please note we are only able to dispatch the resource to your client directly. We will therefore require the full name of the school and the client’s name and registered email address.

Once we have dispatched the purchased resource, we will send you notification for your records.

For customers ordering via bank transfer, there is a £17 remittance bank charge that will be added to your invoice. You are also responsible for paying any bank charges at your end. Customers will need to download dispatched files within 5 working days and inform us of any issues within that time. The same applies to PowerPoint Packs which need to be downloaded from the cloud within 5 working days, after which time they are removed from the online depository. Please note that we only keep a record of your purchase for a period of twelve months.

 

For cancellations or lost files after an order has been placed but has yet to be dispatched, please note there is a £15 cancellation fee. In addition, customers who pay via bank transfer should note there is a £17 bank transfer charge. In the event of lost files or forgotten passwords, please note there is a £15 administrative charge for retrieval (of any file or password lost within 12 months of the order) and redispatch.

Privacy Notice

Your data are used for sales records and licensing purposes only. This will include the details of the purchaser, purchasing institution, and email address. Customers who subscribe to the mailing list are contacted on an ad hoc basis whenever new educational resources are launched that are relevant to their teaching. The data are not used for external marketing purposes and no data are ever shared with third parties.
