Meet the Authors
Alric Chong
Alric Chong has over 15 years of teaching experience, having worked in various educational institutions including Bendemeer Secondary School (Singapore), Temasek Polytechnic (Singapore), Anglo-Chinese School Independent (Singapore), Overseas Family School (Singapore) and Shanghai Singapore International School (Shanghai, China).
Alric currently teaches IB Business Management, Economics and Individuals & Societies at Victoria Shanghai Academy, Hong Kong. He is an experienced examiner for IB Business Management.
Anson Miu
Anson Miu previously studied the IB Diploma Programme at Sha Tin College, English Schools Foundation in Hong Kong, where he completed the Bilingual Diploma with 44 points, scoring Level 7s in both Business Management and Economics. During his time at Sha Tin College, Anson participated in the Junior Achievement Company Programme and was awarded "CEO of the Year".

Anson has graduated from Imperial College London with a Master's of Engineering in Computing, and is pursuing a career in software engineering.
Daniel Hansson
Daniel Hansson has been teaching IB Psychology for more than 15 years and is currently teaching at an international school in Hong Kong.

He has been published in IB Review magazine and is also an IB examiner for Psychology.
Anson has graduated from Imperial College London with a Master's of Engineering in Computing, and is pursuing a career in software engineering.
Edward Creighton
Edward Creighton has been teaching IB Business Management for 16 years and he has been Head of Commerce for 13 years.
He is also the Extended Essay Coordinator at a well-known IB World School in China. Edward is an experienced IB examiner for Business Management. He has also been published in IB Review magazine, Hodder Education's flagship publication for the IB Diploma Programme, covering the CUEGIS concepts in Business Management and Top Tips for writing a Business Management Extended Essay.
Kenneth Tang
Kenneth Tang teaches IB Business Management and Economics at an international school in Hong Kong. He is an examiner for Business Management, with experience in marking Paper 1 and Paper 2, and the Higher Level Internal Assessment.
He is also currently part of the Curriculum Review team for IB Business Management (first teaching in 2022). Kenneth has an Honours Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from The Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. He obtained his teaching qualification, the Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE), from the University of Hong Kong.

Lois Jonston-Walker
Lois Johnston-Walker completed a PGCSE in Business at the University of Huddersfield before starting her teaching career in London, UK.
She has over 14 years of teaching experience, including working as Head of Business Studies at Ruislip High School in London. Lois has also worked at the British International School of Shanghai.
She teaches at Hailyebury Astana in Kazakhstan, where she introduced Business Management as Head of Department. She also has a wealth of experience as an examiner.
Matthew Kelly
M.J. Kelly is a passionate teacher of the IB Diploma and specialises in Economics, Business Management, and the Extended Essay. These 50 worksheets have benefitted from his experience and insights as an IB Examiner for Economics Paper 2 (Data Response) and the Extended Essay.
Having originally taught in his home city of London, where he earned a MSc in Development Economics at The School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, he has been in international schools for fifteen years firstly in Beijing and now currently in Bangkok where he is Head of Social Studies and the EE Coordinator.
Paul Hoang
Paul Hoang has taught Economics and Business Management for 25 years. He has held the position of Vice Principal and IB Diploma Programme Coordinator at an internationally renowned IB World School in Hong Kong, and was previously Head of Department at two schools in London.

Paul is an educational consultant for IB School Improvement, focusing on the use of assessment data to enhance teaching and learning. He also does consultancy work with tutor2u, the UK's largest online platform for Business and Economics education.
Mohit Chainani
Mohit Chainani studied the IB Diploma Programme at Sha Tin College, English Schools Foundation in Hong Kong, where he scored a Level 7 in both Business Management and Economics. He graduated from HKUST with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting. Mohit has a passion for teaching, and has taught IB Business Management and IB Economics, with all of his students achieving excellent examination results.
He credits his academic and professional successes to his parents, Priya and Bharat Chainani, and mentors Paul Hoang, Darrell Zawada and Sam Cleary.
Rebecca Gossage
Rebecca Gossage has been teaching in international schools in Hong Kong for the past 9 years, covering IGCSE Economics alongside IB, IGCSE and BTEC Business courses. She prides herself on a fun and engaging classroom whilst achieving excellent examination results. Rebecca is also the author and creator of a Business Studies support website called www.yourbusinessroom.com aimed at students studying the International BTEC Diploma.
Pranab Sharma
Pranab Sharma, FRSA and an alumnus of the illustrious Delhi School of Economics, teaches IBDP Economics and Business Management at an international school in India where he is also the Extended Essay Coordinator. Pranab has more than 15 years of teaching experience in delivering international curricula.
Pranab also has more than 10 years of experience as an examiner for IB Economics (Paper 2) and the Extended Essay. He is author of “Quantitative Economics for the IB Diploma” (2017) and “IB Business Management Internal Assessment Guide” (2019). He has been felicitated by EdTech Review as a “Tech-savvy Educator” in 2019, recognizing his promising and innovative integration of technology in delivering content and experience in real life contexts. He is a teacher of Monetary Policy and Inflation, certified by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, US.
Tanusankar Chakraborty
Tanusankar Chakraborty hails from a small university town, about 50 km away from Kolkata, India. He has taught IB Business Management and Economics since 2005 at leading international schools in India, the UAE and China.
He has held the position of Department Head, Model United Nations Director, Extended Essay Coordinator and Diploma Programme Coordinator in different IB World Schools. Tanu is an IB Consultant, Authorization Visit Leader, IB Reader, IB course reader, IB Moderator, and Team Leader. He has eight years of experience as an IB Workshop Leader, having led workshops in Business Management, Economics, CAS, the Extended Essay and Approaches to Teaching and Learning in Europe, Australia and Asia.
Tanu is co-author of Economics for the IB Diploma, published by Hodder Education, for the new syllabus (first exams 2022).
Vivien Jack
Vivien Jack is a teacher of IB Business Management and Economics. Her career spans over 12 years at IB World Schools in Hong Kong and Cambodia with positions as Head of Business Education and Head of Senior School. Prior to teaching, Vivien spent nearly a decade in sales and marketing in the hotel industry and brings a wealth of practical business experience into the classroom.
Vivien is the author of the IB Business Management Presentation Pack (IBID Press) and the Paper 1 Case Study Presentation Pack for IB Business Management, published by Level7 Education.
Dr. Rima Dinish Puri
Dr. Rima Dinesh Puri holds the position of MYP and Assistant DP Coordinator at an international school in Mumbai, India.
She is a highly experienced IB educator, with more than ten years of teaching experience of the International Curricula, IBDP and IGCSE curricula, coupled with five years of experience at university level.
Dr. Puri is a lifelong learner with proven academic excellence and has completed her PhD, M.Phil, PGDBM and M.Com from various accredited universities. She has a wealth of expertise, including the role of Senior IB Examiner, Internal Assessment Moderator and an Extended Essay examiner for Business Management.
Richard Overens
Richard Overens has been teaching IB Geography in Hong Kong for 17 years and he has been a Head of Geography as well as CAS Coordinator during this time.
He has been published in IB Review magazine and he is also an IB examiner for Geography.
